BBQ Chicken on Ciabatta Sandwich

Enjoy a dry rub grilled chicken sandwich on rosemary and olive ciabatta bread. This recipe is quick and easy to make, and tastes like summer all year.


  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken in the mix.
  3. Coat red pepper strips in olive oil, add salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the chicken and red peppers. Cook the chicken until it is golden brown and cooked thoroughly. Remove from the grill.
  5. Grill the ciabatta roll 1 minute on each side. Remove and slice in half.
  6. Put the chicken and red peppers on the ciabatta, add garnish.


  • 450 g (1 lb) of chicken strips
  • 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp of Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 red peppers sliced in quarters.
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 4 Olive oil and rosemary Ciabatta burger bun 4"
Garnish :
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • Sliced red onion
  • Emmenthal cheese in slices
  • Fresh rosemary, to taste
