Preparation
- Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken in the mix.
- Coat red pepper strips in olive oil, add salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken and red peppers. Cook the chicken until it is golden brown and cooked thoroughly. Remove from the grill.
- Grill the ciabatta roll 1 minute on each side. Remove and slice in half.
- Put the chicken and red peppers on the ciabatta, add garnish.

- 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp of Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 2 red peppers sliced in quarters.
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 Olive oil and rosemary Ciabatta burger bun 4"
Garnish :
- ¼ cup of mayonnaise
- Sliced red onion
- Emmenthal cheese in slices
- Fresh rosemary, to taste
