Preparation
- Slice square ciabatta rolls in half, and place cheddar and prosciutto on the first half.
- Thinly slice cucumbers and avocados and layer on top of the prosciutto.
- Place slices of tomato on top, sprinkle with pepper and salt, then drizzle with olive oil and a small amount of balsamic vinegar. Cover with fresh basil leaves.
- Top with the other half of ciabatta and serve.
